Dr. Adam Garsa is a recognized radiation oncologist in San Francisco, California. He received his medical diploma from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2008. After getting his medical degree, he did an internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2009. Dr. Garsa completed his medical education with a residency in radiation oncology at Washington University - Barnes-Jewish Hospital in 2013 and a fellowship in CNS radiation oncology at UCSF in 2013. He is certified by the American Board in radiation oncology. His subspecialties are general radiation oncology and central nervous system cancer. He was awarded the following honors: National Merit Scholar in 1999, Phi Beta Kappa in 2003, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society in 2006, Travel Award in 2013 and Fellow Recognition in 2013. He has published many articles in collaboration with other doctors. He is a member of the following medical groups: Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Society for Radiation Oncology and American College of Radiology.
