Dr. Bier graduated the medical school from Icahn School of Medicine. He did his residency at the University of Massachusetts and completed an internship program at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. A fellowship followed at Norwalk Hospital soon after that. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Bier has been in practice for more than 20 years.
