Dr. Albert Scherff is board certified in pulmonary disease, internal medicine, and critical care medicine, as well as in sleep medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his residency at Memorial Health – University Medical Center, which was subsequently followed by a fellowship program at the Medical College of Georgia. With a practice experience of approximately 30 years, Dr. Scherff has also been the recipient of a CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification for three consecutive years. At the time, he practices in Alabama, at Crestwood Medical Center and Athens-Limestone Hospital.
