Dr. Skyar graduated the medical school from the Smolensk State Medical Academy and completed his residency program at the Winthrop-University Hospital. He is now specialized and also board certified in Pathology. Dr. Skyar has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lakewood Regional Medical Center and the West Anaheim Medical Center.
