Dr. Brent Rose is one of the top radiation oncologists in La Jolla, California and specializes in advanced radiation treatment of a wide variety of cancers occurring in the head and neck region, brain, skin, and prostate gland. He did his medical schooling at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and then completed his internship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He pursued his Radiation Oncology residency training at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. Over the course of a decade-long career, he has authored several peer-reviewed research articles that have been published in eminent journals such as Journal of Clinical Oncology and International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics. At present, he is affiliated with the UC San Diego Health System, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Massachusetts General Hospital. He has also been an active member of the American Board of Radiology and the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
