Dr. Tuai graduated the medical school from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his residency program at the UCSF - Fresno. He is specialized in General Surgery and board certified in Surgery. Dr. Tuai has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital, St. John's Regional Medical Center and also with the St. Mary Medical Center.
