Dr. Carlos Haro graduated the medical school from the National University of San Marcos and did his internship at the St Luke's Hospital. He completed two residency programs: one at the VA Medical Center and the other at the St Luke's Hospital. Dr. Haro is specialized in pulmonology and is able to treat various affections of the lungs and the whole respiratory system. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital and the Promise Hospital of East Los Angeles.
