A pathology professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Cesar Moran finished his medical studies at the University of San Carlos Medical School in Guatemala, in 1981. Dr. Moran was a resident at the Mount Sinai Hospital, and completed a fellowship in surgical pathology at the Yale University School of Medicine. His specialty is research and treatment of mesothelioma. With several research articles reviewed by peers and published in medical journals, and having been named Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Texas, Dr. Moran’s research in the treatment of mesothelioma has been invaluable to the medical community.
