Dr. Daniel Crouch graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed his residency program at the Washington University-Barnes- Jewish Hospital. Then, he did a fellowship at the University of California San Diego. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Crouch has been in practice for more than 6 years and is affiliated with the UC San Diego Health System and the VA San Diego Healthcare System. During his career, he has also contributed to a clinical research paper.
