Dr. David Tzeng is a pulmonologist based in Sacramento, California. He has been in practice for the past 16 years. Dr. Tzeng graduated in 2001 from the medical school of the Tufts University. He completed a residency program at the University of California San Diego and then did a fellowship at the University of California-Davis. Dr. Tzeng is a board-certified specialist in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
