Dr. Dudley Terrell graduated the medical school from the University of Alabama. He did his internship at the Ireland Army Community Hospital and completed his residency program at the Letterman Army Medical Center. He is specialized in radiology and board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Terrell has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Dale Medical Center and Montgomery Radiology Associates.
