Dr. Eduardo Tovar graduated the medical school from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and completed his residency program at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. A fellowship followed at the Suny Health Science Center at Brooklyn soon after that. He is specialized in thoracic & cardiac surgery and is also board certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. Dr. Tovar has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the PIH Health Hospital-Whittier. During his career, he has contributed to various publications of medical interest.
