Dr. Elisa Chen graduated from the University of Michigan and completed both her internship and residency program at the Harbor - UCLA Medical Center. She is specialized in Radiology and also board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Chen has been in practice for more than 20 years and is currently affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.
