Dr. Elizabeth Forker graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her fellowship at the Rush University Medical Center. She is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Forker has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the St. Joseph Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. During her career, she has also contributed to a clinical research publication.
