Dr. Ellen Teopengco graduated from the University of the East College of Medicine and completed two residency programs, one at the John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County and the other at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Chicago. She is specialized in Pathology and board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Teopengco has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Mercy Hospital Bakersfield. During her career, she has also contributed to 2 publications of clinical interest.
