Two small samples of blood will be collected from the patient’s veins, which are subsequently sent for laboratory examination. The samples will be tested using monoclonal antibodies, which can reveal the concentration of SMRPs present in the bloodstream.



The patient does not need to follow any special preparation before the MESOMARK assay and can safely return home after the blood samples are collected, as there are no associated side-effects.
