Dr. Fredy Toiber is known as a pulmonologist in Tucson, Arizona. He obtained his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and did his internship and residency at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center. Dr. Toiber went to University of Wisconsin and obtained his fellowship in pulmonary disease. He is certified by the American Board in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine.
