Dr. Gary Simmons graduated the medical school from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his residency program at the Medical Center of Louisiana. A fellowship followed at the Miami-Dade County Office of Medical Examiner soon after that. He is specialized in pathology and board certified in anatomic pathology and clinical pathology. Dr. Simmons has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Jefferson County Coroner. During his career, he has also contributed to 3 publications of medical interest.
