Dr. Gilbert Mandell graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and did his internship as well as a residency in Internal Medicine at the Hartford Hospital. He is a board certified medical oncologist based in Sacramento, California. He has been practicing for more than two decades and is currently associated with the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
