Dr. Gunjiganur Gurushanthaiah graduated the medical school from the Mysore Medical College and completed his residency program at the Jamaica Hospital. He is specialized in pulmonology and board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease. Dr. Gurushanthaiah has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. During his career, he has also contributed to one publication of medical interest which is entitled “Effects of carbohydrates on carbon dioxide excretion in patients with airway disease”.
