Dr. Hejal Patel graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the Caraway Methodist Medical Center, followed by a residency in radiation oncology at the University of Louisville. He is board certified in oncology. He is also involved in research; he helped publish two studies that focused on radiation doses & heterotopic ossification prophylaxis and sclerotic medial clavicle. Dr. Hejal Patel is affiliated with the Mizell Memorial Hospital in Opp, the Flowers Hospital, Medical Center Enterprise, the Southeast Alabama Medical Center and the Andalusia Regional Hospital.
