Dr. Howard Baxter graduated medical school from Wayne State University School of Medicine and did his internship at the University of Southern California. He finished two residencies: one at Henry Ford Hospital and the other at University of Arizona. Dr. Baxter is specialized in radiology and board certified in radiology and nuclear medicine. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
