Dr. Huan Giap is a board-certified radiation oncologist based in San Diego, California. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in 1994 and then completed his internship at the Christus St. Joseph Hospital in 1995. Later, he pursued residency training in Radiation Oncology at the Loma Linda University Medical Center, which was followed by a fellowship in Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Brachytherapy at the Scripps Clinic. Dr. Giap has been practicing for more than two decades and is currently affiliated with the UC San Diego Health System, Rady Children’s Hospital, Scripps Green Hospital, and Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla. His area of interest and expertise includes brachytherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and image-guided radiation therapy. He has also published several clinical research papers.
