Dr. James Otoshi graduated from the Harvard Medical School and completed both his residency and fellowship program at the University of California San Diego. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Otoshi has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Palomar Medical Center and the Pomerado Hospital.
