Dr. Jason Barksdale is a recognized radiologist in Santa Barbara, California. He received his medical diploma from Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2007. After getting his medical degree, he did an internship in internal medicine at the University of California Irvine and completed his medical education with a residency in radiology at the University of California Irvine and a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Barksdale is certified by the American Board of diagnostic radiology and his subspecialty is general radiology. He works at multiple hospitals from the area including the VA San Diego Hospital. In 2011 he published the article “Intravenous leiomyomatosis presenting as acute Budd-Chiari syndrome” in collaboration with other doctors.
