Dr. Jennifer Kujak graduated the medical school from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine. She did her internship at the Legacy Emmanuel Hospital & Medical Center and completed her residency program at the Baylor University Medical Center. A fellowship followed at the Mayo Clinic Arizona soon after that. She is specialized in radiology and board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Kujak has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the Rolling Oaks Radiology-Thousand Oaks. During her career, she has also contributed to 1 publication of medical interest.
