Dr. Clements graduated the medical school from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and did his residency at Vanderbilt University. Two fellowship programs followed at the University of Alabama Medical Center soon after that. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Clements has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Gwinnett Medical Center.
