Dr. Block graduated the medical school from the University at Buffalo. He did his internship at the University of Maryland and completed his residency program at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Radiology. Dr. Block has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Riverside County Regional Medical Center and the St. Bernardine Medical Center.
