Dr. John Thompson is a thoracic and cardiac surgeon based in Newport Beach, California. He has been practicing medicine for more than two decades. Dr. Thompson graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine and continued with an internship stage at St Louis Connect Care. His residency in general surgery was completed at St Louis Connect Care and it was followed by two fellowship stages in thoracic surgery at VA Westside Medical Center and Edward Hines Jr VA Hospital. Dr. Thompson is a board-certified practitioner in surgery and thoracic surgery. At the moment, he works for the Whitaker Wellness center in Newport Beach.
