Dr. Sambandam graduated the medical school from the Madras Medical College and completed her residency program at the Lankenau Medical Center. A fellowship followed at Thomas Jefferson University soon after that. She is now specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Sambandam has been in practice for more than 20 years.
