Dr. Chao graduated the medical school from the David Geffen School of Medicine. He did his internship at the Stanford University and completed his residency program at the UCSF. Two fellowship programs followed soon after that: one at the University of Washington and the other at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. He is specialized in Interventional Radiology and board certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology. Dr. Chao has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. During his career, he has also contributed to 3 publications of medical interest.
