Dr. Libby Shadinger is a well-known radiologist. She lives in Huntsville, Alabama and has been practicing medicine for more than a decade. She graduated in 2003 from the Alabama School of Medicine and continued her medical specialization with an internship at the Baptist Health System. A residency in radiology at Vanderbilt University followed soon after that. She also completed her fellowship at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Shadinger holds the American Board certification for diagnostic radiology. She accepts the following insurances: Aetna (Choice POS II, Management Choice POS, Signature Administrators PPO, Managed Choice POS Open Access), BCBS (Blue Card PPO, AL PPO). She is a member of the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America. Dr. Libby Shadinger also brought her contribution to the research field working on a publication that dealt with the importance of preoperative sonographic and clinical traits in ovarian torsion. She is currently affiliated with the Crestwood Medical Center, Athens-Limestone Hospital, Huntsville Hospital and Hill Hospital of Sumter County.
