Dr. Louis Brunsting did his medical school at University of California, San Diego. He completed his residency at Duke University Hospital and the University of Rochester. He also did his fellowship at Duke University Hospital. He is board certified in the field of thoracic and cardiac surgery. Currently, Dr. Brunsting practices at University of Alabama Hospital and has contributed to three research publications. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and CTS Net.
