Dr. Mark Hoffman is a radiologist with a board certification in Diagnostic Radiology, as well as in Neuroradiology. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine, attended an internship program at Olive View – UCLA Medical Center and underwent his residency training at Aurora Health Care and at the University of South Florida. A fellowship followed, at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Hoffman has a practice experience of over 30 years, also being the recipient of a CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification. At the time, he is affiliated with Banner Desert Medical Center, Banner Heart Hospital and Banner Baywood Medical Center in Arizona.
