Dr. Michael Hope is a radiologist working in San Francisco, California. He has been working in the medical field for the past 13 years. His specialties are pulmonary imaging, aortic imaging, and 4D flow vascular imaging. Dr. Hope graduated from the medical school of Stanford University in 2004. He continued with an internship stage at the California Pacific Medical Center - Pacific Campus and a residency stage at UCSF. In 2009, he completed his residency stage in diagnostic radiology at UCSF. Afterward, he proceeded with a fellowship in cardiopulmonary imaging at UCSF. Dr. Hope is a board-certified specialist in diagnostic radiology. He has been actively involved in the research field and contributed to a large number of published studies. Some of the topics he covered are non-contrast 3D black-blood MRI, Safety and technique of ferumoxytol administration for MRI, the MVP Micro Vascular Plug, TA detection of small pulmonary nodules, left atrial transverse diameter on computed tomography, chest computed tomography in older patients, patients with bicuspid aortic valves undergoing magnetic resonance surveillance. Dr. Hope is currently affiliated with UCSF Medical Center.
