Dr. Kramer graduated the medical school from the University of Michigan. He did his internship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals and completed his residency program at the William N. Wishard Memorial Hospital. He is specialized in Radiology and also board certified in Radiology. Dr. Kramer has been in practice for more than 20 years and is currently affiliated with the Sumner Regional Medical Center.
