Dr. Michael Kuwabara graduated from University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed two residencies at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is a radiologist licensed to practice in the Arizona State and is currently affiliated with St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona.
