Dr. Shiffler graduated the medical school University of Kentucky College of Medicine and soon after that, he completed his residency program at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is now specialized in General Surgery and board certified in Surgery. Dr. Shiffler has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center.
