Dr. Moon Chang is a board certified pulmonologist based in Panorama City, California. He got his medical diploma from the Kyungpook National University College of Medicine and later completed his internship at the Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens. He pursued his residency in internal medicine at Harlem Hospital Center, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, and Jersey City Medical Center. He has been practicing for nearly 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center.
