Dr. Mostafa Tabassomi graduated the medical school from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine and completed his residency program at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. Two fellowships followed soon after that: one at the University of Louisville and the other at the UCSF. Dr. Tabassomi is specialized in pulmonology and board certified in critical care medicine, internal medicine, and pulmonary disease. He has been practicing medicine for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and the Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center.
