Dr. Muhammad Afzal is a pulmonologist from Sacramento, California. He has been in practice for the past 33 years. Dr. Afzal graduated from the Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in 1984. He completed his residency at St Luke's Hospital and then received a fellowship training at the University of California-Davis.
