Dr. Noman Absar is a pulmonologist in Vallejo, California and he works at several hospitals in the area, such as Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center. He got his degree from the Allama Iqbal Medical College and did his residency in Internal Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Noman Absar also completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
