Dr. Norman Bell graduated the medical school from Kharkiv National Medical University and completed two residency programs: one at University of South Alabama and one at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is specialized in Pathology and board certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology. Dr. Bell has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System and Prattville Baptist Hospital.
