Dr. Norman Kato graduated the medical school from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his residency program at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. A fellowship followed at the NYU School of Medicine soon after that. He is specialized in Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery and board certified in General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Kato has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the West Hills Hospital.
