Dr. Mahizhnan graduated the medical school from Thanjavur Medical College. He completed three residency programs at different institutions and also an internship program at St. Johns Riverside Hospital. A fellowship followed at Medical College of Georgia soon after that. He is specialized in Oncology. Dr. Mahizhnan has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Southern Regional Medical Center.
