Dr. Patrick Treseler is a pathologist based in San Francisco, California. He has an overall medical experience of more than 25 years. He graduated the medical school of Duke University in 1985 and continued with two residency stages at the Duke University Hospital in internal medicine and the Brigham and Women's Hospital in anatomic and clinical pathology. He completed two fellowship stages in hematopathology and surgical pathology at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston. Dr. Tresler is licensed for medical practice in several states. He received numerous awards during his career including the American Legion Distinguished Scholastic Achievement Award, the Member, Alpha Sigma Nu, the UCSF Pathology Department Teaching Award. He is a member of multiple organizations including the College of American Pathologists, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Society of Clinical Pathologist, the American Medical Association. Dr. Tressler is also an active researcher. Some of the topics he covered in his publications are intravascular large cell lymphoma, the diagnosis of CNS lymphoma, breast cancer. Dr. Patrick Treseler is currently affiliated with the UCSF Medical Center.
