Dr. Penny Bowen, board certified in diagnostic radiology, is also a specialist in Bone and musculoskeletal imaging. She received her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, attended an internship program at Scripps Mercy Hospital and completed her residency at UCLA Medical Center. With a practice experience of nearly 20 years, Dr. Bowen is also the recipient of a CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification. At the time, she is practicing at Banner Desert Medical Center, Banner Heart Hospital, and Banner Baywood Medical Center in Arizona.
