Dr. Philip Baker graduated medical school from University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine and completed both his residency and fellowship program at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. He is now specialized in Radiology and also board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Baker has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and is affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital.
