Dr. Phillip Harber graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he got his medical degree. He did his internship at Brown University and completed two residencies at the following universities: Thomas Jefferson University and University of Pennsylvania Health System. He has also completed a fellowship at John Hopkins University. Furthermore, Dr. Harber is board-certified in the field of Pulmonary Disease. At present, he practices at Diamond Children’s Medical Center and West Hills Hospital. He has contributed to three research publications and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and American Thoracic Society.
