Dr. Phyllis Kapellen, specialized in Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology, graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson and did an internship at the Aurora Health Care, where she also completed her residency. A fellowship program followed, at the Edmond Medical Center. Dr. Kapellen has a medical career of over 15 years and contributed to several publications. At the time, she is practicing at OU Medical Center Edmond and OU Medicine in Oklahoma, as well as at Oak Hill Hospital in Florida.
